Outdoor Fun Features
Teepees are great for dramatic play. Dramatic / pretend / imaginative play is an extremely valuable part of the daily curriculum, it allows for relief from emotional tension, allows children to feel powerful, and sorts out fantasy from reality.
Outdoor Development Skills Gained
- Social – dramatic play encourages children to put themselves in someone else’s shoes. Such role-playing helps them to improve their ability to do this in real life. They learn important social skills, such as empathy.
- Language – dramatic play encourages expressive language. Children are motivated to convey their wishes to others and speak from the perspective of their pretend roles. In fact, it is often through dramatic play that shy or withdrawn children first begin to express themselves through language.
Shipping and Delivery
- This product will be shipped to you directly from our supplier via their nominated courier service. Postage costs are determined by the supplier and carrier used and not that of Playground Princess.
- Your order is dispatched from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. The approximate delivery time to main metro areas is four working days. However please allow these approximate transit times for outer areas, SA 7-9 working days, TAS 7-9 working days, WA 10-14 working days & NT 12-14 working days.
- Goods do not require a signature on delivery and will be left at your address if you are not home – please ensure you advise a shipping address where someone is always home, or alternatively a business address. We cannot accept any responsibility for packages left at an address, which are then removed/lost/stolen.
- Product deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes, a physical address is required for purchase of this item.
